Story: In March 2024, when she was only three months old, Nina showed up at a restaurant in the city centre asking for food. As the owners of the restaurant loved street dogs, she continued to come to the restaurant every day for her regular meals. She slowly began to steal the landlady's heart piece by piece, and she eventually let her sleep in the utility room. But one day in April, Nina began to refuse food. She was burning up with fever. Tests showed she was positive for tick-borne diseases. She was suffering from a more severe form of babesia and pulled through. After all the trouble, we couldn't leave her on the street. She was placed in a shelter and now shares a box with two other friends. Nina believes there is a family out there who will choose her.
