Our activities are focused on
- Active home search for the rescued pets in Smederevo region
- Veterinary care (vaccination, chipping, neutering, treatment and medication) for neglected animals
- Cooperation with municipality and city shelter in order to improve the living conditions of dogs in the city shelter, regular vaccinations, neutering and adoption of neglected dogs from the shelter
- Organizing and providing emergency shelter and necessary medical care for sick and injured animals
- Promoting, raising awareness and educating citizens on the need to care for and keep dogs and cats as pets (responsible ownership)
- Establishing a shelter under the authority of our association for abandoned animals, primarily for dogs and cats
- Humanitarian actions for the benefit of neglected and sick dogs and cats
- Campaigning for greater media attention on issues relating to the care, grooming and housing of dogs and cats
- Protection of animals experiencing cruelty, torture and killing and consistent application of existing laws and regulations that guarantee the right to life, freedom and habitat of animals
- To achieve any other objectives that may help to develop or promote issues that are important to our Association
